Thank you for shopping with us. Every portrait is handcrafted and customized exclusively for you, making each order unique. Since all products are personalized, we begin production only after your payment has been successfully received.

Order Processing

  • All portraits are made to order. 

  • Production begins only after successful payment confirmation. 

  • Production typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the complexity of the artwork and current order volume. 

  • During festive seasons or promotional periods, production may take slightly longer. 

Payment Policy

  • We accept 100% prepaid orders only. 

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. 

  • Orders will not be processed until full payment has been received. 

Shipping

  • Once your portrait is completed, it will be shipped through Shiprocket using one of our trusted courier partners. 

  • Estimated delivery time: 

    • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days 

    • Other Locations: 5–10 business days 

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable). You can use this link to monitor your shipment.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and email address are accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, natural disasters, strikes, or public holidays.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  • Take clear photographs of the package before opening it. 

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery. 

  • Share your order number along with photographs of the damaged package and product. 

We will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.
