Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with . We specialize in customized laser cutting, metal fabrication, custom portraits, façade products, and decorative metal designs.

Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Customized Products

All customized and made-to-order products are:

  • non-returnable,
  • non-refundable,
  • and non-exchangeable.

This includes:

  • customized metal portraits,
  • laser cut name plates,
  • custom wall art,
  • personalized signage,
  • custom façade panels,
  • logo designs,
  • and products manufactured as per customer specifications.

Since these products are specially manufactured according to customer requirements, cancellations, returns, or refunds are not accepted once production has started.

2. Regular Stock Products

Standard ready-stock products that are not customized may be eligible for return or refund under the following conditions:

  • return request must be made within 3 days of delivery,
  • item must be unused and in original condition,
  • item must be returned with original packaging,
  • proof of purchase/order confirmation is required.

3. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive:

  • a damaged product,
  • defective item,
  • or wrong product,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • order details,
  • photos/videos of the product,
  • and packaging images.

After verification, we may offer:

  • replacement,
  • repair,
  • store credit,
  • or refund (if applicable).

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds for eligible products will be processed to the original payment method within:


5–10 business days

depending on bank/payment gateway processing timelines.

5. Order Cancellation

Customized orders cannot be cancelled once:

  • design approval is completed,
  • production has started,
  • or material processing begins.

Regular stock orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are:

  • non-refundable,
  • unless the return is approved due to our error or damaged delivery.

Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless otherwise approved.

7. Color & Finish Variation

Minor differences in:

  • color,
  • texture,
  • finish,
  • or powder coating appearance

may occur due to:

  • screen display variations,
  • lighting,
  • handmade finishing processes,
  • and metal surface characteristics.

Such variations are not considered defects.
